The Mission

Focused on the techological infrastructure of the Libertarian Party of Ohio, the IT Division is an integral part of the structure of Party. An effective technology presence is essential in today's political arena and benifits all parts of a political organization.

The Libertarian Party of Ohio has shown it's commitment to becoming a dominate Party in Ohio politics by updating its website platform and intergrating emerging technologies within its infrastructure. The IT Division has shown it's commitment to the mission of the Libertarian Party of Ohio by:

  • Helping the Finance Division become more effective in it's fundraising with online contributions, pledges and events.
  • Helping the Communication Division in disseminating information to Party members in a more timely and efficient manner.
  • Helping The Field Develpoment Division by maintaining membership databases and making it easier for people to join the state party online.
  • Helping the Political Division with recruiting and showcasing candidates. 

There's much more to do...

The IT Division of the LPO has more structure to build within the Party. Voter Rolls, Canvassing, Phone Banks and Mobile Outreach Solutions are just a few of the things the IT Division is currently building to help the Libertarian Party of Ohio succeed in it's mission: to elect candidates to Ohio political office and grow the Tree of Liberty in Ohio.

The Libertarian Party of Ohio
The Libertarian Party of Ohio (LPO) is the only political party in Ohio dedicated to the principles of smaller, limited government, lower taxes and more personal liberty for the residents of the State of Ohio. Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans can make this claim. The Libertarian Party of Ohio (LPO) is the third largest political party in the state. Whether the issue is school choice, economic stimulus, gun rights, or property rights, the LPO will always favor the principles of limited government and maximum personal liberty. The Libertarian Party of Ohio has the same vision as the Libertarian Party, which is "for a world in which all individuals can freely exercise the natural right of sole dominion over their own lives, liberty and property by building a political party that elects Libertarians to public office, and moving public policy in a libertarian direction."
